Refund policy
Every Zanoura Kids book is personalised with your child's name, face, and family, and made to order. Because each book is unique to you, the following applies:
Whole orders only — A cancellation applies to your entire order. If your order includes more than one book, we cannot cancel part of it: you can keep the full order or cancel all of it.
Before we send your draft preview — You can cancel any time before we send your draft, for a full refund.
After we send your draft preview — You can still cancel. Your first revision is included at no charge: if you cancel after asking for only one revision, you still receive a full refund. A €5 (US $5 / 200 EGP) handling fee applies only from your second revision onward, to cover the extra work.
Revisions — Every order includes revisions on your draft. Tell us what to change and we revise and resend. If you cancel after only one revision, it is a full refund; from your second revision onward, a €5 (US $5 / 200 EGP) handling fee is deducted from any refund. If, after your revisions, you still request further changes, we will refund your order minus the €5 fee rather than continue revising. A request to fundamentally redesign the story or change its theme after generation may require a new order.
Digital editions — Non-refundable once the final files have been delivered, as the product has then been received in full.
Printed editions — Non-refundable once you approve your draft and the order enters production. At that point the book is manufactured as a one-of-a-kind item and cannot be resold.
Damaged or defective — If your printed book arrives damaged or defective, email support@zanourakids.com within 14 days and we will reprint or refund it.
How to request — Email support@zanourakids.com with your order number; we respond within 2 business days.
Your statutory rights — Personalised, made-to-order goods are generally exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU and Egyptian consumer law, because they are made specifically for you. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty or not as described.
