Terms of Service

Welcome to Zanoura Kids, operated by Zanoura LLC. By placing an order on zanourakids.com, you agree to these Terms.

• Who we are and governing law. Zanoura LLC is US-registered and sells internationally. By ordering, you agree these Terms apply, and that EU and German consumer-protection rules apply where they are mandatory for EU consumers. UK and US customers are covered by the equivalent mandatory rules of their jurisdiction.
• Personalized products. Each book is custom-made with your child's name, photo and details. Because it is personalized specifically for you, it is made to order.
• Your responsibilities. You confirm you have the right to upload the photo and details you provide, and that they are accurate. We are not responsible for errors in information you supply (for example a misspelled name) once production has started.
• Photos. You keep ownership of your photos. You give us a limited licence to use them only to create, produce, reprint and deliver your order. We will not use your child's photo for marketing, public display or AI training without your separate, explicit permission. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle and delete photos (deleted within 30 days of delivery).
• Digital products. Digital books are delivered as files; by ordering a digital book you agree delivery begins immediately, which affects withdrawal rights (see our Refund Policy).
• Pricing and currency. Prices are shown per market and include applicable tax where indicated. We may correct obvious pricing errors.
• Intellectual property. The story text, art and templates remain Zanoura's. You receive a personal, non-commercial licence to use your finished book.
• Liability. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.
